Vending Machine Purchases
Due to the nature of automated retail vending services:
All sales made through VNDX vending machines are generally final and non-refundable
Refunds may be issued only in cases of:
Machine malfunction
Incorrect or failed product delivery
Payment processed but no product dispensed
In such cases, customers must contact us within 48 hours of the transaction.
Online or Prepaid Orders (If Applicable)
If VNDX offers online purchases or prepayments:
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase
Items must be unused and in original condition (if applicable)
Proof of purchase is required
Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable:
Consumed products
Incorrect selections made by the customer
